First of all, thank you for choosing Familyprefer’s hoodie products! At Familyprefer, I want to ensure that you receive not just a piece of clothing, but a perfect shopping experience. I understand what you expect from your order, so I’ve created the following concise shipping policies to ensure you have a pleasant shopping experience.

Our hoodie uniform ships from 6216 Highway 79 North, Deberry, Texas, 75639.

The entire site uses UPS Express, and shipping is free on orders over $150!

Order processing time

I know you can’t wait to wear your new clothes, so we’ll process your order as quickly as possible. Usually, we will process it within 1-2 business days after receiving your order. However, if it falls on a weekend or holiday, we will process it on the first working day after the holiday.

Familyprefer.com’s order processing time is Monday-Friday/8:00AM-4:00PM (CST).

Orders placed after 4:00 pm from Monday-Thursday will be prioritized for processing at 8:00 am the next day.

Orders placed after 4:00pm on Friday will be processed on the following Monday. Orders are not processed on weekends.

If the order has not been processed for more than 2 business days, please contact our customer service Germaine Morris via email [email protected], and we will refund you or process the order with priority.

Shipping time

After the order is processed, we will arrange shipment for you as soon as possible. The UPS Express we work with is an experienced, reliable and fast partner. The shipping time of UPS Express is 3-5 business days. If there is a holiday, it will be postponed.

If the shipping time exceeds 5 business days, you can contact our customer service Germaine Morris via email [email protected] to request a refund or re-shipment.

Delivery time

Usually, the delivery time is calculated from the date of order processing, which is generally 4-7 business days. In case of holidays, it will be postponed.

If you have not received your hoodie after more than 7 business days, you can contact our customer service Germaine Morris directly at [email protected] to apply for a refund or let us reship it.

Shipping costs

We have set reasonable shipping costs for orders to ensure you get high-quality hoodie at a favorable price. We also offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount. Details are as follows:

Orders less than $150 (included): $5
Order over $150: free

We do not charge additional shipping tax.

About consumption tax

We do not charge consumption tax. If consumption tax is incurred, customers need to pay it themselves.

Exquisite packaging

Our packaging style is simple but not simple. Each package is carefully designed so that you can feel the quality of hoodie at a glance.

We will use cartons to pack your hoodie and add a piece of cardboard inside to fix the shape of the hoodie to protect your hoodie and keep it flat during transportation.

In the packaging, you will also find a return label. The return label will require return when returning the product, so it is recommended to keep it properly.

About order information

Before you hit the pay button, make sure you’re ready. Double-check that the recipient’s information, phone number, email address, and shipping address are accurate.

Please remember that we are unable to make any changes to the recipient details once your order has been dispatched.

After shipment, if you want to check the order information, you can check the progress through the track order page. At the same time, we will send an email to your mailbox with the UPS Express order number.

Sign for order

We will deliver the package to the address you specify. Please make sure someone is available to sign for it during this time to avoid missing out on this carefully packaged surprise!

We recommend that you sign for receipt in person. If someone else signs for it, please make sure your package is not lost.

When signing for your order, please check the integrity of the packaging and the condition of the hoodie. If there is any damage or discrepancy to the hoodie, please reject the order and contact our customer service Germaine Morris immediately at [email protected] and we will arrange an exchange or refund for you.

We recommend that you keep the original packaging of the hoodie when signing for it in case you need to return or exchange it later.

Once your hoodie purchase ships, we will immediately send an email to your inbox with the UPS Express order number so you can check the hoodie’s shipping status at any time. You can also check the progress through the track order page.

3. What if my hoodie is lost during shipping?

I understand this may worry you, but if your hoodie gets lost in transit, don’t worry. You can contact Germaine Morris at [email protected] and provide your order number, and we will arrange for you to reship or refund.
